The Wellness Recharger

Recharge your immune system with this massage. Utilizing Lymphatic, Circulatory, Reflexology and Swedish massage techniques it incorporates both brisk and relaxing strokes and leaves you feeling both calm and alert.  Great year round when you need a boost or in preparation for cold and allergy seasons.

Chair Massage

When time or budgets are tight chair massage may fit the bill.  A quick 15 minutes on the chair can be very therapeutic.  This can be effective in relieving headaches and stress related muscle tension.  Chair massage is done fully clothed and without the use of oils.
